1. We ship WORLDWIDE ( Except Italy and Africa) !!

A.All nail product we ship through AIR MAIL of Hong Kong Post Office
B. Machine ship by EMS.
4.Shipping Cost:
A.Hong Kong Post: Same price to most of the country.
B. EMS: Different cost for different country,please contact us for further detail information.
5. Delivery time:
A. Hong Kong Post: 14-21Business Days-deponds on the city and country
B. EMS: 10-14 Business days-deponds on the city and country
***Delivery time can be longer during Holiday or custom checking.

10. About delivery:
A. If packages are delivered in unfit condition, please refuse shipment and contact us within 24 hours
B. In normal condition, please OPEN the packet and CHECK immediately before you sign for the packet. Defective items or missing parts must be reported within 24 HOURS After RECEIVE.

6. About WARRANTY

1) All equipment and salon furniture carried by Beyond Beauty comes with a limited 1-year warranty,

except hydraulic pump for limited 2-years.

2) Nail product, Disposable and other products do not have warranty

3) Equipment parts and accessories have 20 days warranty. Glass spare part no included.

4) Our limited warranty does not cover the damage caused in improper installation, excessive use or alteration.
