The cover of the postcard set features an obelisk in honor of the soldiers of the Soviet Army and partisans who died during the liberation of Belarus from the German-Nazi invaders, and on the other side - Jubilee Hotel.

The text on the inside describes Minsk as a city of both military valor and hard work. It is a place filled with fresh air, light, greenery and vibrant colors. A bustling city where over a million people call it home. 

The postcards are sized at 145x100mm and were published in 1974.
