If you are NOT logged into your MyEbay on a desktop (mobile app does not currently have this option), or if you are buying a single item that already has a discount, the 'Request Total' option will not be available.  

Buyer is responsible for any applicable charges for purchasing items internationally. The item will be labeled correctly on the customs form (not as gift), and a reasonable value will be put on the form as well.

Any damage to the shipping box or plastic wrapping of items is not the responsibility of the seller while being transported. Items are shipped exactly as described in a sturdy container. 

All pieces leave the seller whole. Any pieces that are broken during shipping are not the responsibility of the seller. 

This item contains chocolate, which will melt when exposed to temperatures over 28 degrees C (approx 82 F). The seller will take every precaution to protect the product, but cannot be responsible for melting during transport, especially when package is left in a hot location such as a shipping truck or in the sun at the destination. Returns for melting will not be accepted. 

**Spring 2023 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING UPDATE**

WHENEVER POSSIBLE, shipper will used tracked airmail for packages. Certain companies refuse to ship airmail to certain destinations (see link below), and surface shipping is the only option.

Food/drink items and Large Volume/Low Weight items: 

Japan Post is the only method that accepts any food or beverage items for international shipping. Their costs are higher due to the privatization of the company, and are based on the weight of the item. 

Large packages (based on volume) that are relatively low weight might also be sent with this method as it is also lower cost with a similar service standard. 

In most cases with airmail shipping, packages arrive at their destination approximately 7-10 days after acceptance at the Japan Post office. Delays on either side of customs could change this time, and is not the responsibility of the seller. Every effort to get the package to you as quickly as possible is taken.

Currently Japan Post refuses air or surface parcel mail to certain destinations (please check these restrictions at https://www.post.japanpost.jp/int/information/overview_en.html). Please be aware that this could increase shipping time dramatically, and the seller is not responsible for these restrictions nor delays in the arrival of any package.
