Specimen Description: Brown iron background with colors of mainly Orange & Greens. Just a hint of blue/purple at one corner. A rarer display feature is the small sagenite display bursts at another corner. Stone has 2 layers of color. The top one with large color platelets. The bottom or underneath one with much smaller color platelets. (See picture 6) Free form shape as most fire agates cabochons are. Hand polished to mirror finish on the top and 14,000 diamond on the back. NOT tumbled polished. INCLUSIONS. There are numerous small round tiny brown iron spheres in the stone which I believe is contributing to that small sagenite display. Origin: Deer Creek Mining District Gila County Arizona. A handsome stone.
