This is an authentic Cellophane hula skirt from the 1930 -1940s. This is nearly an antique. This is a once in a lifetime chance to get the real thing. You can tell it is not anything like what they are selling today.  The cellophane is woven to form the waist band and the cellophane is just sparkly. The waistband has three hook and eye adjustments for size. The metal has made a little black mark as shown in picture 4& 5. Stitching is done by hand. Just a beautiful skirt.

Length of skirt: about 28"
