This copy has seen much use since 1898, yet the pages are in surprisingly good condition.

Overall it seems to be complete, with all photos viewable.

Paper tanned around outer edges , evenly and lightly tanned into photos,

Most pages are still straight edged, with the first few and last few pages showing much wear,

Spine is apart and tattered, see photos

Cover has age wear, cloth cover spotted and discolored, very little warping though

Book is wonderful display of the Irish villages, city views, country scenes, old castles, stately and humble abodes,
