There is an adjustable drawstring pull inside the pants waist area.  There is one right cargo pocket. 

The original owner had was patriotic and had an American Flag patch sewn on the front (see picture).

There were a few broke seams on the inner leg which were repaired (see pictures).

This is a kids size 14/16.  Please check the measurements as kids come in all sizes.  My son is a husky 10 year old and these pants fit him.

These pants are newly laundered and ready to wear.  They are in overall good condition. The black is dark and crisp.  The shape is strong.  There is some wear on the bottom hem.  There were repairs on the inner legs (mentioned above).   It may be wrinkled and have fold marks from being packed and shipped.  This comes from a pet and smoke free environment.
