• All shoes are cleaned and disinfected prior to shipment.
• All caps/hats are shipped in a box (excluding knits).
• We always try to ship the most economical, sometimes the most economical is actually Priority depending on weight and destination. If you need expedited, let us know.
• We take pride in selling items that are either new or in excellent, gently used condition unless otherwise noted.

• We have a 30 day return policy, free returns for most domestic shipments. Once we have received the item and inspected it we will issue the refund within 1-2 business days. All new with tags (NWT) items must have the original tags attached or the refund will be denied. All return items must be in the condition in which you received it.
