Delivery Service:
The courier will only deliver the product up to two floors of a house or an apartment block, if you require your product to be delivered to a higher floor please contact the courier or our customer service team to discuss as this will be an extra charge on the delivery.
If you require your old mattress or bed to be removed from your living are this can be taken care at an extra cost, please contact our customer service team who will be happy to assist you.
Returns:
As with all online purchases your order from Martinezzz Sleep is covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via eBay. The cost of and responsibility for returning your mattress in these cases lies solely with you, the purchaser. These products are both difficult and expensive to return. Therefore, take extra care to ensure you have the correct colour & size for your needs before ordering. We cannot accept returns on beds & mattresses that have been slept on or used. For items that are faulty or have been sent in error, we reserve the right to either pay for the return, refund or replace as we see fit. This does not affect your statutory right.
