Offered here is a lot of two (2) early 19th century New York State legal documents:

1821 indemnifying bond, relating to a parcel of land in the Catskills, between Lewis Cornwell of Athens, New York and the widow of Thomas Day with respect to the widow's right of dower.
1825 document of the New York Court of General Sessions before Justice Smith Ovutt apparently regarding money owed by Bernard Doyle and Bernard Grogan ($250.00 each) to the State of New York; further they agree to keep the peace particularly with respect to "D. Sherry and others".
