This is configured for POWER SEAT CONTROL with 3 switch holes open as shown.

BLUE color new ABS plastic which can be painted to match other interior colors with spray paints for plastic from Krylon and Rustoleum available at most hardware stores. We refer to this as 'Medium Blue' as there was a lighter and darker blue option across the years and models but the 'medium' blue was most common.
