You are looking at a brand new official, CBS licensed 2024 16 month calendar. The size is 7" x 7" when closed. The smaller size makes this perfect for carrying in your briefcase, satchel, portfolio, etc. On the cover it says "Welcome to the Beverly Palms Hotel" This is a wonderful piece full of great photos. There are photos of the small tear where someone tried to open calendar without removing the seal. This will not detract from the calendar, but wanted to make note of this so there are no disappointments when it arrives.
