A great medical recorder for capturing video and images on disc (either cd or dvd). This particular model features an integrated inkjet printer to print directly on the the top of the disc that was recorded onto. The inkjet cartridge is accessible on the top of the unit underneath a sliding metal bracket. This item does illuminate the print error light and it likely has had the hdd erased in order to comply with HIPA regulations. However, for someone in need of this model, it seems to have everything you would need to complete the set up and restore it to working order again. As it is now, the display doesn't show anything other than what is shown in the photos, and the printer may need to be cleaned and/or have the ink cartridge replaced. This item sells as-is.

If there is any other problem, please contact us within (3) days of receipt. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) # is required before initiating a return.
