This pretty dress is from Lauren (Ralph Lauren's green label) in a misses size 2.  Fully lined. Outer fabric is sheer polyester in a faux silk fabric.  Solid navy blue in color.  Has a ruffled trim.  Classic wrap style with extra long fabric tie belt. 

Unstretched, measured from seam to seam across the front:

bust is 16.5 inches across

waist is 13 inches across

hips are 19 inches across

length is 46 inches long
