When testing the device, I noticed the battery indicator jumped around. Sometimes, it would show fully charged, then half charge, then no charge, then jump back up to full. Additionally, when scrolling, the selector has the tendency to jump back a few songs if scrolling too quickly (this has always been the case with this device).
