Postage and packaging We post items Monday to Friday (sometimes Saturday mornings) Courier dispatch Monday to Friday. Please note the postage costs are not just to cover shipping. It is also for the cost of administration, packaging and travel to and from the post office etc. Some other points to note are:

1) The shipping quoted is for the UK only. Overseas costs are likely to be higher so ask for an estimate before bidding. 

2) Items are packed in suitable packaging and are sent first or second class, parcel post or courier as appropriate. We will notify you on the day of dispatch. Please remember weekend and bank holidays when leaving feedback. 

3)We will acknowledge receipt of full payment by e-mail. Your goods will normally be dispatched the next working day, after cleared payment Monday to Friday. However we have a 5 day postal policy as we also rely on our suppliers to keep us fully stocked and; due to various reasons, there are occasionally delays in our stock deliveries. We will keep you informed if this happens with your item.

4) We do not take any responsibility for damage or the loss of items in the mail. Items very rarely go astray. We do obtain proof of postage which we can send to you if your item goes missing or is damaged in the post. If you are worried then postal insurance can be arranged for additional cost. 

5) Do not sign for anything clearly damaged in transit as ok. As you will not be able to claim compensation from the courier for any damage. 6) We will combine postage and packaging if you buy multiple items. Please leave a message telling us you have purchased.
