A very special antique cobalt blue floral pedestal serving bowl (4062) by Empire China. Gold gilt on edge and outlining the flowers. Some wear to gold on rim. Stunning hand painted pink roses circling the underside of the bowl. There is some wear to the matte surface.

Overall in very good condition. No chips , cracks or repairs. The cobalt blue contrasts beautifully with the white flowers. A very special piece of old China. Priority Mail
