Victorian Style Scottish Agate Brooch

A lovely Victorian style Scottish agate brooch featuring a crown mounted cairgorm paste in an intricately patterned frame inset with shaped and polished malachite and carnelian agates. Marked to the reverse for 925 sterling silver and secured with a roll-over clasp. Measures approx. 35mm x 26mm and is in perfect condition. Presented as found in leatherette gift box from "Thomas Cleaver" of Rugby.
