You can zoom in on it to see how to measure your dog for the right size fit. It does have a hole in the back for your leash to attach to the collar. Super cute! I ship within 3 Business Days of payment of purchase.  All my items are shipped with US postal service tracking number.  I always package my items with plenty of packaging materials.  I am a collector, so I understand the extreme importance of safe travel for your purchases.  I do combine shipping for multiple purchases to save you on shipping costs.  Smaller items I sell you can click on "Add to Cart" and the combined shipping total will be adjusted in your cart.  Larger items I sell you can email me with your zip code and what you are interested in and I can get you a shipping quote for multiple items.  And I will usually email you back within less than 24 hours.  To email a seller on ebay just click on the seller's username and then click on contact seller.
