Scott #389: 3c Violet, Orangeburg Coil

Centering & Condition: Used. Fine and RARE. A Stamp that is missing from many
advanced collections. A Foundation certificate accompanies.
As a side note, many years ago, I used to attend the auctions of the
person who submitted this stamp for certification. :)

Reverse (Gum Side): N/A

Faults / Imperfections: The certificate mentions "creasing" but all I can detect
is one small, faint, barely visible corner crease.
