4.For DOA ITEM (Defective on Arrival), buyer has 30 days to send the item back for the options as below ( Seller is responsible for the return postage)

B. Refund
C. Pay price difference to exchange another model.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the items,items must be returned with all accessories in un-used condition. Returns are charged for 15% re-stocking fee compensated back to seller, unless the item we sent is wrong or defective.
If items purchased is correct, but it does not meet your satisfaction the buyer will be responsible for the return/exchange shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee or more
