Up for sale is this vintage Kramer Focus 3000 guitar body in a factory gloss black finish.

The body is in fairly good condition considering its age. However this is a used guitar body and is almost 40 years old so the finish is not perfect as it does have it’s fair share of bumps and bruises or scratches, dents & dings if you will. However nothing too major but I’ll let you review all the pics and make your own judgement on that. You could say this body has mojo or that it’s relic’d from years of usage. (See Pics)

I’ve tried to capture the condition of this guitar body in the best I can with the pictures provided however I do have a lot more pics of this body if you need to see anything specific just ask. Please take a look at all the pics provided and ask if you need to see anything as I’ve got more pics of this guitar body but eBay will only allow 24 pics to be posted per listing.

The body comes with the original chrome boat style input jack plate with the input jack. There are NO strap buttons. The tremolo spring claw and mounting screws are included and already installed.

The neck pocket is 2-3/16”.

The pickup cavity area looks as it was ever so slightly routed along one side of the bridge pickup area. However the wood around the trem post area is rock solid. There does appear to be a hairline crack in front of the treble side trem post but it’s very small or thin and doesn’t appear to be deep. Not sure it was from the install of the trem inserts but just wanted to point it out.

The body was routed for what looks to be a recessed routed Floyd Rose install but it’s not the factory route. As this body originally was not routed for a recessed Floyd Rose Installation but rather a body mounted or flush mounted Floyd. (See Pics)

This guitar body uses insert style adjustable tremolo post. ONLY ONE of the adjustable trem post is included. (See Pics) This will in-able you to match up the trem post for getting a replacement one for the other side. I have tried this adjustable trem post in both post inserts and both post inserts work fine without any stripped or crossed threads. So simply get another trem post with the proper thread count and thread pitch replacement trem post and you’re good to go or you can opt. To replace both trem post inserts with newer ones I leave that up to you.

This guitar body uses the typical Fender size neck plate. So Kramer cast neck plates will not work with this guitar body but pretty much any Standard Fender style sized neck plate will work just fine.

Body without the pick guard weighs at 4 lbs. & 11.25 oz

Neck pocket is typical Fender size of 2-3-16”.
