New Machine Test:
1. Boot:
Put the machine flat on the desktop, connect a 20cm wire (for testing high voltage) to the ground terminal of the machine, and then switch on the power. At this time, the power pulse indicator light is on and flashes, and a slight knock sound inside the machine indicates that the high voltage circuit is working normally
2. High Pressure Test:
After the machine is started, slowly approach the other end of the conductor of the ground line outlet to the high voltage outlet. When the conductor is about 0.5 cm away from the high voltage outlet, a pulse of high voltage spark will be generated, indicating that the high voltage output is normal. (Note: Those without experience can find a dry chopstick or plastic stick, tie the wire to the chopstick and then touch the high voltage output terminal to prevent electric shock)
3. Alarm Test:
After the startup pulse works normally, use the test wire to contact the high voltage output terminal slowly. When two sparks are generated continuously, the alarm circuit is triggered, the alarm horn will alarm and the leakage light will light up. When the wire is far from the high voltage transmission terminal, the alarm stops, indicating that the alarm function is normal.
Fault and Troubleshooting Method:
1. Not working, all indicators are not on: check whether the power supply is connected, whether the power supply is normal or whether the power adapter is damaged.
2. The grounding cable or shell is electrocuted: The ground cable is not used, or the ground cable is not deep enough or is not properly connected.
3. Boot leakage, protector trip: ground wire is not connected, reconnect the ground wire, if still not solved can try to change a larger number of the switch, or contact after sale.
4. Long sound alarm of machine (long light of leakage lamp) : unplug the ground wire and live wire of the machine, and energize the empty machine. If normal, it indicates serious leakage of fence line or insufficient battery power.
5. Machine short sound alarm (leakage light flashing) : the fence line leakage phenomenon, you can open the machine to the fence to listen to the sound of light to find the fault point, and repair.
6. Long sound alarm, pulse light does not blink: battery power is insufficient, or power adapter damage, or pulse module damage, contact after sales.
