It has some cosmetic wear.  When you push the open button for the DVD player the the door gets stuck and you have to pull it down for the tray to come out, closes without issue.  When playing a VHS tape, the auto tracking will come on and the Hi-Fi audio kicks in, but the sound is messed up.  You have to change the sound on the remote to normal and it sounds good.
