Direction to use

·         Prepare the camera: Ensure that the CS 1200 intraoral camera is fully charged or connected to a power source. Make sure the camera is clean and free of any debris.

·         Position the patient: Have the patient sit comfortably in the dental chair and adjust the chair's position for optimal access to the patient's mouth.

·         Familiarize yourself with the camera: Take a moment to familiarize yourself with the CS 1200 intraoral camera's controls and features. Locate the image capture button and understand how to adjust the camera's settings if necessary.

·         Prepare the patient: Inform the patient about the procedure and the use of the intraoral camera. Address any concerns or questions they may have to ensure their comfort and cooperation.

·         Adjust the camera's settings: If needed, adjust the camera's focus and lighting settings to ensure clear and well-lit images. The CS 1200 features a 6-LED illumination system that automatically adjusts, but you can make manual adjustments if desired.

·         Place a hygienic sheath: Prior to inserting the camera into the patient's mouth, ensure that a new, disposable hygienic sheath is securely in place on the camera's head. This helps maintain hygiene and prevents cross-contamination.

·         Capture the images: Gently insert the camera into the patient's mouth and navigate to the desired area. Use the camera's wide focus range to capture different intraoral views as necessary. Once the area is in focus and properly framed, press the image capture button to take the photo. Repeat this process for additional images.

·         Review the images: After capturing the images, you can review them directly from the CS 1200 intraoral camera's display. Take a moment to assess the quality and clarity of each image to ensure they accurately depict the desired details.

·         Communicate with the patient: Share the captured images with the patient to aid in communication and educate them about their oral health. Use the clear and high-quality images to explain treatment options, highlight areas of concern, and answer any questions the patient may have.

·         Store or transfer the images: If desired, you can store the images within the camera itself, as the CS 1200 has internal storage capacity for up to 300 images. Alternatively, you can transfer the images to a computer or other storage device for further analysis or inclusion in the patient's records.

·         Clean and disinfect the camera: After each use, carefully remove the hygienic sheath from the camera's head and dispose of it properly. Clean the camera according to the manufacturer's instructions, ensuring it is thoroughly disinfected and ready for future use.
