Patch Patch is made from new materials in a smoke-free home. This doll contains beads in independently sewn pockets for safety and stuffed. We get questions: "Why patchy patch so expensive? It is only a plush toy". Fair question. Example: You can drink water either from a plastic tumbler or a fine crafted crystal glass. Another example: Any low priced economical vehicle will get you from point A to point B. So why are all those expensive BMW's and other expensive high-end vehicles on the road? Same with the question why is our stuffed toy so expensive? First of all it is not mass produced in offshore factories with the skimpiest materials. The details in our toy go far beyond ordinary. Each toy is hand made from scratch. In addition to the materials many hours of labour required to finish each unit. Even the smallest detail such as the tail is well made (see photos) and strongly attached to the body. Unlike the imports which has a 'ribbon like' tail attached. The workmanship and details are topnotch. This toy has been professionally evaluated to be worth well over $200. It is not a 'throw-a-way-once outgrown' but kept for future generations.
