A rare and extremely attractive nautical map of the RED SEA, issued in 1873, by the British Admiralty.


This chart shows in great details of Locations of SUEZ to the RAS MORABIT


Features both nautical and inland detail noting both topographical features and thousands of depth soundings (in fathoms). Important ports, Island and navigational points are carefully noted.

Originally published by the British Admiralty in 1873.


This 1917 edition,

has printed corrections to 1950.


Note - The orange/red markings on the chart indicate the location of navigational aids, such as lighthouses, beacons, markers, Etc. They have been updated, added / altered on a chart by means of Small Corrections.
