General condition: 

• Made in Japan in 1977s, vintage item from personal collection, shows sign of use.
• The cap and barrel are made of stainless steel, with etched MR logo. 
• The nib is F size.
• It doesn't come with a converter. A genuine Pilot ink cartridge will be included. You could rinse it and refill with your favorite ink and use it into the pen. The cartridge is available from major stationary stores.
• It's better to thoroughly rinse the pen with clean water before inking and using it.
