Mizuno Pro 223 Golf Irons
Elite Players Cavity With Extreme Ball Speeds
The Mizuno Pro 223 conceals a ball speed-enhancing construction within the frame of a compact players cavity.
Everything
tour players need to compete on extended, more demanding layouts - but
never thought to ask for. A completely new technology platform from 4-7
iron combining Mizuno's tested Chromoly Forging and Flow Micro-Slot
Grain Flow Forged in Hiroshima Japan with a soft copper underlay and
uniquely satisfying Mizuno sensation at impact.
One-piece Grain
Flow Forged HD at Mizuno's iconic facility in Hiroshima, Japan - where
Mizuno irons have been produced since 1968. A microlayer of copper
beneath Nickel Chrome - for the purest, softest feel made famous in the
legendary TN87. Reintroduced in 2018.
A completely new technology
for extreme ball speeds from a small tour-ready profile - delivers a
face thickness of just 2.4mm (vs 2.6mm JPX921 Forged). For ultimate
precision and control where it's most needed - the same construction as
the Mizuno Pro 221.
The Mizuno Pro 223 was sized to get into the
hands of tour players - where looks are the first barrier. The Mizuno
Pro 223 is smaller than its predecessor, the MP-20 MMC - most noticeably
in the scoring irons. To accommodate the micro slot but still provide
an authentic tour accepted sole - the back edge is heavily bevelled.
Fitted
as standard with premium components, the Mizuno Pro 223 Irons come with
the Nippon Modus 3 shaft and Multi Compound Teams Black/Grey grips.
Through custom build, you can also choose any upgrade shaft or grip at
no extra cost.
