Label is Tom Sawyer, sewn into the  waist.

Please ask questions, and  see the garment damage in the photos. There really  isn't much but a spot on front that has begun to wear and fray, it is small and on right side near the second button from the side. The points on the back collar are worn. Faded collar. 

Faded blue, with red and white poplin fabric stripes. 

Rough guess is this is a size 3 or 4 toddler. 

Made with  Indian Head cotton sturdy cloth that was very popular in sportswear of the era.
