I acquired this about 22 years ago when I was cleaning out the Latham Home estate.
Photos are lightened to show the details, this is glazed black cotton tux/tails and white cotton partial shirt and vest. JEL monogramed silver cufflink used at the neck.
This tiny tux was made for J E Latham to wear to a wedding in 1900, when he was 6. It is not complete, missing half the vest. Monogramed cufflink of his fathers is used as a button at the neck. See below for the lineage:
