- Please connect the pump correctly. Red wire for positive pole and black wire for negative pole.If the pump doesn't work on your dispenser or other equipment, please try to use 12v power soure to test the pump singlely. If the pump operate but no water come out, please check the silicone tube and make sure the tube is not bending, it should be straight, otherwise the water can't come out or just very little flow rate.

Warm Tips:
- Before make deicision, you may check the pump size , voltage, flow rate , loading current , suction lift and flow head. If they are similar to your old pump. It should be a good choice.
- Please connect the pump correctly. Red wire for positive pole and black wire for negative pole.
- If the connector of leads is same, just plug in the connector of water dispenser. If not ,cut the leads from the old pump and connect it to the new one. It is better to leave the red wire and black wire about an inch from the new pump.
- Please try to keep the pump stable when install. Improper installation may generate vibration and noise during operation.
