Overall, the items are in very good to good condition, especially considering their age.  Some have wear or staining to the cover, three have come apart, but all the pages appear to be present.  There may be an occasional tear, dogeared pages, or mild occasion of marginal notations.  Please see all pictures for more info on condition.  I'll gladly answer any questions you may have.
