In acceptable condition for its age. Has wear/staining on the front and back cover. Also, some staining on the inside pages. There is discoloration from the ink transferring to the other pages. There are also tears on the edges on some pages. One page has been torn out. Please see pictures for details. Comes from a smoke free environment.
