HUGE skirt of black with yellow roses. LOTS of layers of stiff tulle underneath to give it a huge sweep!  The hem is made with a stiffening tape that gives it a wonderful large bubble at bottom.

Actual waist is 28.5"

46" skirt in front from where top attaches. Longer in back.

When you unbox the dress, you will want to lift the skirt and fluff out all the tulle.
