Vintage Kentucky Metal Belt Buckle silver tone . Not sure of exact metal, but it’s non magnetic. Has a lovely horse and decorative horse shoe facing up so the luck don’t fall out. Had for many years in my horse racing collection. Great condition-see pics. Displays nicely or can be worn as an actual belt buckle. I could never find another exact match, could be one of a kind?
