This is a Beautiful Ruby RED art glass OPEN SALT in a TORONTO Silver Plate Co., Quadruple Silver holder. The frame is round with a 6 point ring to hold the glass. It stands on 4 openwork feet. The loop handle has applied scrollwork on the sides with a decorative leaf header. The glass liner is round with a cut / faceted exterior - a perfet fit for the frame.
Marked: 627 / TORONTO S.P. Company / Quadruple Plate - founded in Toronto, Canada in 1882.
