Fair condition.  Cover has a split down the center.  It's not completely in half, as the exterior does not easily tear.  Cover shows some signs of age including corner/edge wear and normal scuffing.  Binding is good and all pages are fully intact.  There is some pencil writing on the first page and inside back cover, as well as a stain on the first page.  Other than that and typical age discoloration, pages are clean with no other writing, markings, or tears.  Please see pics and email me if you have any questions.
