The story behind this frame is the customer ordered it as a frame. They took it to be painted or painted it themselves(not sure on this point) looks like it was gloss black and now is flat black. They were then upset the new paint voided the warranty and it has sat here for the last 8 years. There is a small paint chip on the non drive side BB which can be seen in pic 2 from it being moved around the shop for 8 years.
