This is a PAIR, a lot of TWO, sterling silver teaspoons in the Strasbourg pattern (1897) by Gorham Silver.  The teaspoons have the OLD (Lion, Anchor, G) Gorham mark.  They measure 5 7/8 inches long and 1 1/4 inches across the bowl, and together the teaspoons weigh 65 grams of sterling silver.  The teaspoons are in excellent used condition with only a very few minor surface marks from light use, but there is no damage, and there are NO monograms or engravings.   Nothing is known of the history of these teaspoons.  They have been given a nice shine with a polishing cloth.
