I think this lamp is one of those cases where condition is in the eye of the beholder, I think this is an excellent vintage condition, however , the surface of the base does show some light scratches and some of the cells do show what seems to be air pockets. Overall height of the lamp is 24 inches including the original finial lamp has been tested is in working order and will not be shipped with a bulb.
