I'm have a 34 waist and I can make it smaller and also about 3-4 inches larger. 

The waist has a adjustable type strap with velcro that lets you make it larger and smaller. I hope the pictures show that.

You get 2 removable pouches that snap on as pictured.

It is right 23" long.

This is new. I've had it for a while now and just never got around to use it.

Its from a smoke free and pet free home.
