Multiple errors include:

1. Original miss-spelled ORIGIINAL on hang tag

2. No UK after P015 5TX on hang tag

3. Semi-colon after date of birth vs colon on hang tag

4. Surface miss-spelled Suface on hang tag

5. No comma between Oakbrook and IL on tush tag

6. Comma after IL vs period on tush tag
