The first release on MLP’s new label-HYPER, which will feature Indie, Punk and Grunge artists from the 90’s to the present day presents S*M*A*S*H. The 90’s angry punk trio are back with a new album. Formed in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire in the early 1990’s, Smash hit the headlines with their NMW/Melody Maker single of the week ‘Real Surreal’ and then had a top-20 hit and BBC-Top Of The Pops appearance with ‘Shame’. Dubbed as ‘The Stone Roses on PCP’, they signed to Virgin for their 1st album ‘Self Abused’ and made a 1-off single ‘Barrabas’ for US Grunge label-Sub Pop. The original line up is now back with their latest album  ‘Icon’ recorded in 2008.
