Gorgeous patina on the box, original certification  label on the inside panel is in great condition.  Original date of 6/1/1904, certified by General Electric Co., in Schenectady, NY.

I don't know anything about the actual voltmeter, but its exterior is in wonderful condition.  I know nothing about the internals - for all I know, it works, but I have no idea.
