Beautiful Glass Ceiling Lamp
Lovely condition!
This beautiful antique fixture has a new socket, updated wiring and is ready to be hung and enjoyed.
The metal has a pretty antique gold painted finish, and there are no dents or cracks in the fixture - just some small rubs and tiny marks here or there - nothing notable. The brass shade holder has a polished finish with no cracks or dents in the brass. The sunflower at the base of the fixture is also brass.
The glass shade is so eye-catching with five tiers and an iridescent finish.
No cracks in the glass - just some tiny "flea bite" chips at the edge - not noticed when in use (see closeups).
The fixture uses one standard-base light bulb up to 100 watts, or use an LED bulb for any brightness you like as they use low wattage for bright light. The 40 watt light bulb shown is included, however it is not a brand new bulb so we can't say how much life is left in it. ;)
The ceiling mount screws are not included.

The late Bob Daly was a marathon runner and worked in his family's burglar alarm business until he started his own antique lighting restoration business in Fenton, Michigan in the 1980's: "Historic Lighting Restoration Services and Sales". He was restoring antique lighting for almost 40 years. This beautiful light was thoughtfully and skillfully restored by Bob. From new wiring to cleaning to touching up, Bob was a master at the details. He loved what he did and was excited to share these restored works of art with the next generation (see a newspaper article picture of him in photo #24). He worked with loving care, and you can be proud to own one of his restorative works of art. We are certainly proud to have acquired his amazing collection, as we also restore and sell antique lighting and love to share it with all of you who want true antique pieces that have historic personality in your homes and buildings.
