You can count on us! While we strive to provide our customers with the highest level of service and satisfaction sometimes things can go awry. In the unlikely occurrence that you are unhappy with your purchase or it is delayed / lost please contact us PRIOR to leaving feedback or opening a dispute. We will do our best to resolve your issue amicably (within reason).
SHIPPING
We ship with a variety of carriers including Canada Post, UPS, Fedex, Purolator and DHL. The choice of carrier is dependent on a number of factors including the destination, size / weight of the package, cost and availability of tracking and insurance.
Items such as stickers and decals will likely be mailed in traditional envelopes via Canada Post Airmail.
Smaller and lightweight items such as keychains, CDs, DVDs, Vinyl Records will likely be mailed via Canada Post Oversize Mail, Air Mail Small Packet or a Tracked Parcel.
Canada Post currently does not provide tracking information for Air Mail Small Packets that are destined internationally aside from the USA.
Larger, heavy items will likely be shipped via UPS, Fedex, Purolator or DHL.
Tracking can be obtained from other carriers at an increased cost in certain situations. Please contact us for more information.

Items are always packaged with appropriate protective, packaging materials. Please note that we are big on reducing waste and do re-use packaging (boxes) and bubble wrap that we receive from our suppliers.
