Admin, User, and One-Time Recovery multi-password choices are supported by Kingston IronKey Vault Privacy 50 Type-C XTS AES Encrypted USB Flash Drive in both Complex and Passphrase modes. Passwords of six to sixteen characters using three of the four character sets can be created in traditional complex mode. A 10-to 64-character numeric PIN, phrase, series of phrases, or even lyrics can be entered in the new Passphrase mode. The "eye" sign can be made to reveal the password entered, which can help with password entry and cut down on errors that result in unsuccessful login attempts. If the admin password is entered ten times in a row, the drive is crypto-erased.
