Huge vintage art deco Ceiling Hanging Fly Catcher Marbled glass Light Shade

What a light shade this is, it is marbled glass looks a bit like a Murano fish in pattern but i have no idea of the maker
it is big measuring approx. at widest point 38 cm 15.5" in height it is approx. 30 cm to top of finial
its in great shape having three hanging points and the hanging chain i am not sure though if all the hardware needed to hang this is there so please bear this in mind and look at all the photos carefully
