Listed for your consideration is a pair of men's Coogi "Rainbow Check" jeans. 

The tag shows them as a size 40 x 34. Based on the measurements they fit like a size 37 x 28.

They have been previously worn.

They show fading and distress marks from the manufacturer. 

There are no rips, holes, tears, or stains. The print on the inside waist is peeling. 

Please compare the measurements below against a comfortably fitting
similar article of clothing to ensure proper fit.
Do not go off of the size tag alone.

Please make sure to use the same care in packing the item as I did when sending it out. Unless prior arrangements have been made the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
